I’m the heart and soul behind Raspados El Paraíso. I came to the United States from Guasave, Sinaloa, in 1999 with my family, chasing the American Dream and the opportunity to build a better future. My journey started small—selling tamales and traditional Mexican foods to neighbors in Anaheim, California. From there, I moved to Tucson, Arizona, in 2001, where I began selling my foods from a cart, driven by my passion for sharing the authentic flavors of my culture.
